I'll ask you to complete a number of questionnaires, carry out some appropriate fitness tests and take some body measurements. From the results of the tests we'll agree some achievable some short, medium and long term goals and a suitable fitness program to enable you to achieve them.

Online personal trainer
We train with you

Training from the comfort of your own home or an outdoor location of your choice, your personalised programme will be designed to use minimal kit (if any available), be varied in exercises selection, address posture and flexibility and most importantly be suited to your own personal requirements.

Nutritional advice
We advise

I can examine your dietary intake from a food diary you complete online. From this we can work together to make changes to your daily diet to help achieve your dietary and fitness goals by making modifications that lead to positive long term improvements in body composition.

Online personal training sessions

Fun, engaging training sessions, designed with your specific fitness goals in mind. It won't be the same exercises each session but each session will work towards specific goals that we have both agreed upon. We can use your own equipment if you've got some or solely use your own bodyweight.

  • Bodyweight only or using the kit you have available
  • 55 minute sessions
  • Active warm up, strength, cardio and stretching sections tailored to you
  • Can be done at home or outside, your choice
  • Variety of exercises so you don't get bored each session
  • Session content available online for you to use other days
